ESI was engaged by the Ohio-based owner-operator to sell the three skilled nursing communities in order to recycle capital.
The portfolio consisted of 249 skilled nursing beds and 161 seniors housing units. All three of the communities had assumable HUD debt, generating significant interest during the marketing process. Of the many interested groups, the deal was awarded to a growing owner-operator with a strong presence in the state.Â
